For us, the reports are not only a mirror that we are presented with, but are also a training tool for our employees. With the feedback we receive, we can keep our employees sharp every day to put the customer first. All insights are shared transparently with all employees and the location managers use the online real-time dashboard on their phone. As of 2017, we have also added an exchange and return scenario to get a clear picture of this service as well.
