Especially in today's world, the customer makes choices based on the feeling of safety, before there is any interaction between employee and customer, this is where the difference in experience can really be made.
To respond to this situation, we have developed the hygiene audit (Covid-19 audit). During this audit, a mystery guest visits one or more of your locations and, based on a tailor-made questionnaire, checks whether the safety and hygiene measures are in order and, if necessary, takes photographs.
These include access control, hand sanitisers, cleaning, clothing, communication, etc. If desired, the mystery guest will give immediate feedback to the location manager. This service can be used in retail, catering and care.
